Pour ce projet d’habitat sphérique nous avions l’envie de nous rapprocher de la nature, afin de retrouver et de redéfinir le lien qui nous uni à elle.
L’indonésie et sa nature luxuriante nous est venu aisément à l’esprit, car il s’agit du lieu idéal pour imaginer et concevoir notre projet. En plus d’être splendide, la nature indonésienne est généreuse et peut nous four- nir les matériaux nécessaire à la réalisation de notre espace. Il s’y trouve notamment les bois les plus précieux que le monde a à nous offrir.
La philosophie principale de la Villa Bola est de respecter et d’être en total symbiose avec la nature. Notre espace sphérique est conçu pour se détendre et vivre une expérience unique. Bola signifiant sphère en indonésien, nous désirions qu’elle devienne une authentique bulle d’évasion afin d’ouvrir pleinement son esprit.
Nous souhaitons le meilleur pour l’environnement mais également pour nos usagers qui séjourneront dans un espace luxueux. Villa Bola se situe au flanc de la falaise où se jette la cascade Sekumpul, elle offre donc une vue surprenante sur les hauteurs du monde.
Elle comporte trois étages, au rez-de-chaussé, se situe la salle de bain et une somptueuse piscine où les vacanciers en quêtes de paix intérieur pourront se détendre durant des heures. A l’étage, cohabite la partie sanitaire et la partie cuisine donnant sur la salle à manger ainsi que sur le salon. Enfin, au sommet de la Villa se trouve un lieu intimement privilégié, il s’agit de l’espace nuit qui se différencie du reste de la Villa car il y règne une atmosphère particulièrement romantique et poétique, afin de prolonger l’epoustouflante expérience même endormi.
In groups of 3, we had to imagine a spherical habitat of 5m radius, for this project we wanted to get closer to nature, in order to find and redefine the link that unites us to it.
Indonesia and its lush nature came easily to mind, as it is the ideal place to imagine and design our project. In addition to being splendid, the Indonesian nature is generous and can provide us with the materials necessary for the realization of our space. There are notably the most precious woods that the world has to offer.
The main philosophy of Villa Bola is to respect and be in total symbiosis with nature. Our spherical space is designed to relax and live a unique experience. As Bola means sphere in Indonesian, we wanted it to become an authentic bubble of escape in order to open your mind fully.
We wish the best for the environment but also for our users who will stay in a luxurious space. Villa Bola is located on the side of the cliff where the Sekumpul waterfall falls, and offers an amazing view of the heights of the world.
It has three floors, on the ground floor is the bathroom and a sumptuous swimming pool where vacationers in search of inner peace can relax for hours. On the first floor, there is the bathroom and the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room and the living room. Finally, at the top of the Villa, there is an intimately privileged place, the night space, which is different from the rest of the Villa because it has a particularly romantic and poetic atmosphere, in order to prolong the breathtaking experience even when asleep.
